The ‘U Medvídků’ restaurant offers an inexhaustible number of options for organising company events, seminars, incentive events, birthday parties, launches for books or CDs etc.
Catering is provided in the ‘House of Beer’, which is a former Middle Ages malt-house. Depending on the number of guests, we offer 1 – 4 floors for hire. The ‘House of Beer’ is separated in both construction and operational terms from the restaurant and has its own entrance from the Metro passage.

Cabaret hall historic hall in late-Gothic roofspace (160 m).
Capacity: 110 places seated at tables, 150 places for theatre layout, 200 places for buffet layout.
Facilities: air-conditioning, sound-system, stage lighting, 20 m stage, bar, lift, cloak-room, Wi-Fi.

Microbrewery room in Middle Ages vault with the microbrewery on the left. Guests can see all parts of our old-world microbrewery and watch our brewer brewing our beer.
Capacity: 40 places seated at tables, 50 places for buffet layout.
Facilities: air-conditioning, sound-system, lift, reconstructed historical tap-room.

Stables room on ground floor with vaulted ceiling and beer cellar (145 m).
Capacity: 80 places seated at tables, 120 places for buffet layout.

Museum the original malt-house’s vaulted cellar (110 m) with beer-related historic exhibits.
Capacity: 40 40 places seated at tables, 60 places for buffet layout.

We can hire out the rooms separately, or as a whole. Maximum capacity is 440 places, or if joining with the restaurant the capacity can be increased to up to 700 people. The minimum number of guests for the buffet options offered is 40. Should our offers not suit you, we are happy to provide a buffet in accordance with your requirements. On request, we can take care of flower arrangements, conference equipment, live or pre-recorded music, tours of the microbrewery with a tasting session given by the brewer etc.

Because we hold our buffets in a building which is the location of one of the oldest Prague pubs, in forming this menu we were inspired by traditional Czech cuisine.

2/ Beer - price: 580 CZK / person

More than 500 years of brewing tradition at U Medvídku inspired us to create this menu which allows you to sample food made using various types of beer. The combination of interesting food together with a tasting session of our exceptional lagers in our historic microbrewery makes for an experience which you cannot get anywhere else.

This menu reflects current trends in gastronomy. The gourmet buffet is a combination of modern Czech and international cuisine. The food is prepared exclusively from fresh ingredients and meets the current demand for a healthy lifestyle.

In addition to the above detailed buffets, we can also prepare "Pork Feast" , a traditional Czech pig slaughtering celebratory feast. The minimum number of people is 20, so it is suitable for smaller groups of people. / not possible to order for June, July or August /.
