COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE FULFILMENT OF THE INFORMATIONAL OBLIGATION

TWOMARK s.r.o., Identification Number: 28541715, registered office Jiskrova 45/7, Braník, 147 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic (“Administrator“) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th of April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, (“GDPR“) and other legal regulations.

For the purpose of the provision of accommodation and registration of guests within the meaning of Act no. 565/1990 Coll., on Local Fees, and Act no. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Territory of the Czech Republic and Amending Certain Acts, the following personal data/personal data categories are processed by the Administrator for business and marketing purposes and communications: name, surname, gender, date of birth, number of travel document or other proof of identity, address, arrival and departure date, duration and purpose of stay, and e-mail address or other contact details, on the basis of information obtained from the guest’s registration card or form, or from the Accommodation Contract directly from the Data Subject, or from other publicly available sources.

The Administrator processes personal data both manually and automatically, directly via their employees authorised for that purpose, as well as via processors authorised by the Administrator on the basis of Personal Data Processing Agreements.

  1. Clients’ personal data is made available to employees of TWOMARK s.r.o., who are entrusted with its processing. In addition to this, clients’ personal data is handed over to processors – third parties with whom the Administrator has concluded Personal Data Processing Agreements, and whose employees and systems participate in personal data processing.

  1. On the basis of the law, and in accordance with the observance of legal regulations, i.e. even without the client’s consent, personal data may be handed over to the appropriate state administration organs for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations and enforcing decisions; in particular, this means the provision of personal data to the Police of the Czech Republic, the Alien Police, and organs active in criminal proceedings.

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with internal personal data protection regulations, for the period required by law or only for the period which is strictly necessary.

The Data Subject has the right to access their personal data which is processed by the Administrator, the right to its correction, deletion or restricted processing, and the right to raise an objection against the processing, in writing to the Administrator’s address or contact point, by e-mail to info@umedvidku.cz.

The Data Subject also has the right to obtain personal data from the Administrator which relates to the Data Subject, and which the Data Subject provided to the Administrator. On the basis of the Data Subject’s request, the Administrator shall provide the data to the Data Subject without undue delay, in a structured, regularly used and machine-readable format, or they shall provide it to another clearly designated Administrator on the basis of the Data Subject’s request. This right does not apply to personal data which is not processed automatically.

The Administrator does not provide, or intend to provide, the personal data to third parties or countries.

If the Data Subject believes that their personal data is being processed without authorisation, then they can file a complaint with the supervisory organ, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
